Seward Neighborhood Group (SNG) held the first Frolic in 2000. Every year since then, the Frolic has been planned and conducted largely through the efforts of a volunteer committee of neighborhood artists, residents, and business owners. We are always looking for new volunteers to help plan the Seward Winter Frolic, email or call if you are interested.
