The 15th Annual Seward Art Crawl is on! Join us for three days of culture, art, performance, music, food, beverage, and delight!

December 5 kick-off party at the Playwright’s Center 6:30pm

10 – 11 am Free cup of coffee and a homemade cookie at Faith Mennonite Church

10am – 1pm Coffee sales and bakesale at Bethany Lutheran Church

11am Painting Demo in the Ivy Building

11am – 5pm Homemade soup for sale at Bethany Lutheran Church

11am – 2pm Demonstrations from Wood from the Hood at Seward Co-op

12 – 5pm  Artist – vendor demonstrations and a chance to win gift items from Chinnook Book and Chrys Carroll Pottery.

Noon Art Car Parade!

12 – 2  Stop by the Co-op Creamery at 26th and Franklin for hot drinks with Seward Co-op’s Board of Directors and tours of the exciting new construction.

12- 5 pm  Hands-on activities; ice photography and abstract painted bookmarks at Vine Arts Center.

1pm Josie Winship and Marc Lamm singing folk songs in Bethany Lutheran Church

1pm Painting Demo in the Ivy Building

1- 2pm Woodland Art Style, Hand pulled block printing at Bethany Lutheran Church with Gordon Coons

1 – 3 pm Fresh baked goods and treats-fundraiser by youth at Faith Mennonite Church

1 – 3 pm Textile screen printing demonstration at Ivy building # 200B/233

1 – 4pm Dog and family portraits at Fun City Dogs

2 – 4pm Cocktail Tasting at Zipps Liquor Store

2 – 4PM Du Nord Craft Spirits will be sampling at Verdant Tea

3 – 5pm Card and gift wrap making at ArtiCulture (free!)

3 -5pm Live music by the Abacus Trio in the Ivy Building

3 -5pm Drink specials at the Birchwood $3 pints of tap beer, $4 glasses of house wine and $1 hot cider for kids plus a kids coloring contest!

1 – 5pm Free pedicabs driving shoppers all over Seward

5 – 6pm Lighting Ceremony at Triangle Park including Hay rides around the park!!

5 pm  Special price on a featured Du Nord Craft Spirits cocktail at Verdant Tea

5 – 7pm Food Specials at Whiskey Junction

The Seward Art Crawl is one of many events during the Seward Winter Frolic : Art in the ‘hood. All day long businesses will be offering specials and local artists will display their work at several venues. At 5pm on Saturday, shoppers, residents, and businesses are invited to gather in Triangle Park (26th Ave. & E. Franklin Ave.) to light up the park, creating a symbol of our warm community spirit during the cold days of winter. The Art Crawl and Frolic are jointly supported by Seward Civic & Commerce Association & the Seward Neighborhood Group!
